SaaS Pricing Change Log
A transparent record of SaaS pricing, plan and limit changes — and how those changes can affect the real cost of choosing a provider.
Current Pricing Baseline
The following prices represent a SaaSRealCost research snapshot for September 2026. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in USD as a reference. Providers may use regional pricing, so the currency and price shown to a buyer can differ by billing country. Taxes, promotions, seat requirements and billing terms can also affect the final cost.

What Counts as a Pricing Change?
Price change
A published subscription price moves from one amount to another.
Plan change
A provider changes what a plan includes, removes a plan or introduces a new tier.
Limit change
A seat, contact, automation, usage or feature limit changes the economics of a plan.
Add-on change
An additional feature or service changes price or becomes separately chargeable.
How SaaSRealCost Records a Change
Provider: The affected SaaS product.
Observed date: When SaaSRealCost verified the information.
Effective date: When the provider says the change takes effect, when available.
Previous value: The documented price, limit or plan condition before the change.
New value: The documented price, limit or plan condition after the change.
Buyer scenario: Which type of customer is affected and how.
Real-cost impact: The calculated effect for a defined scenario where enough information is available.
Source: Preferably the provider's own pricing page, documentation or announcement.
Score review: Whether the change requires a review of the provider's Real Cost Score.
Why a Pricing History Matters
A current pricing page shows what a buyer may pay today. A change log adds another layer: how pricing, limits and plan structure evolve over time. That matters because a low entry price can become less relevant if a provider later changes tiers, limits, required add-ons or billing terms.
SaaSRealCost therefore treats pricing history as evidence that can feed into provider research, Real Cost Scores and scenario calculations — rather than as a collection of unsupported historical claims.
